ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return if:

- The wrong product was delivered
- The product does not match description
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (if disclosed as non-returnable)
- Customised or personalised products
RETURN PROCESS

- Attach images if defective/damaged

REFUND POLICY
Upon approval:

- Refund will be made via original payment method
- Shipping charges are refundable only if error is on our part
If refund is delayed beyond reasonable time due to our fault, applicable remedies under law may apply.

We do not impose unfair cancellation charges.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If product is received damaged:

- Share unboxing images/videos
