Rejaiv currently ships across India.
If certain pin codes are not serviceable, customers will be notified at checkout or after order placement.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.
Order confirmation does not mean order dispatch. A separate dispatch confirmation email/SMS will be sent once the order is shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

- Refusal to accept
The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may attract additional charges.
DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
